Patrice Brunet

Boasting three decades of experience, Patrice Brunet is the founder and managing director of patrice.brunet.avocats.

High-profile companies and clients trust this business immigration expert to obtain visas and work permits, to hire specialized workers from abroad or to handle citizenship and permanent residence applications. In the mid-2000s, Mr. Brunet was also elected as Chair of the Quebec Immigration Lawyers’ Association (AQAADI). He is the primary point of contact for all of the firm’s clients, who value his discretion, high-quality services and advice in building creative immigration strategies.

Patrice Brunet is accredited by the Barreau du Québec as a civil and commercial arbitrator. He is also a neutral arbitrator for the ADRBO, the ADR Chambers, for the Sport Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada (SDRCC) and the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).

Patrice Brunet has also been practicing sports law since 1995. Since he is pursuing his work in this domain as an arbitrator, Mr. Brunet cannot represent parties in order to preserve his neutrality. Therefore, it is up to the rest of the team to stand out in this area of practice.
