A firm on human scaleAt PBA, well-being is at the heart of our concerns. Many amenities are available to the team to promote a healthy and stimulating work environment. Thanks to our location, Mount Royal is somewhat our playground and the PBA running club often goes there for runs! We even have a shower so you can return to work refreshed (more for the benefit of others, of course!). A meditation room is also available for anyone needing a break.
In terms of workspace, everything is designed to promote teamwork. We have opted for an open-plan office model. You have the choice to work sitting or standing, or even walking, thanks to our treadmill desk. Rooms are available for meetings or to work together on a common project. |

We are also fans of pet therapy at work! Our canine colleagues often spend the day with us. The usual midday walk is the perfect opportunity to clear your mind and get to know our neighbors better.
