Charles J. Leamy

​​Charles Leamy is the firm’s legal counsel who specializes in American immigration law. Within our firm, he offers support to clients seeking to work in the United States, including obtaining work permits, green cards, and citizenship. Owing to his 25 years of career experience, he provides creative and targeted solutions to our clients, including those looking to dispute negative decisions taken by American immigration authorities.
 
An American citizen, Charles Leamy holds licenses to practice law in the states of Colorado, New York, and Pennsylvania. In addition, he is regularly in contact with border management authorities to help ensure smooth crossings. Charles is also a frequent guest speaker for the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).​
